Preferred solution: My pay on hours work Supervisors of RemX staffing told me they would put me on another assignment and lied deactivate my account to where I couldn’t see my pay and apply for other jobs

Waste of time and Unprofessional Placemat Reps

Started dealing with these people earlier this year and they have wasted my time repeatedly. They list positions for 'Insurance Specialist' and such for local fortune 100 company on local job sites and boards. After contacting reps for multiple listings have found they are terrible at contact after the visits. They will not answer an e-mail and when you call are referred to contact them by email. No voicemail options are available. To add to this frustration the reps will lie to you regarding your past visits and contact with the employer. Will use every stalling tactic known. if you question them on the tactics they become very defense up to and including rude and unprofessional behavior. It appears the jobs listed are just to draw into an appointment and their only concern is to fit what need they have that day only. Unfortunately they are only source for many of the companies openings. Do no waste your time and efforts.

Reimbursement Specialist

Please do not work for this staffing agency. I worked for them twice since 2013. The first time they sent me to their client out in Scottsdale it seems this the only client they work with each time they sent me on the assignment it was suppose to be contract for Hire yeah right. This client has not desire to hire any contract workers and if they do you have to be their over 15 months before they do. When they are ready to let you go they call you at home after you leave work to tell you your contract up with no explanation. They have destroyed allot of people lives. when you let go it's hard to find employment you spend 3 to 6 months working for them than when the assignment up they can't send you no where else because they have no where to send you. They are a waist of people time because of working for them I am homeless because I was let go in the middle of summer which I have to wait till August to start work again. This agency has cost allot of grief for me and I am sure others do not work for them please this the only thing I can tell you you will lose in the end.

The staff at this agency does not know how to communicate. I was informed that I would be an insurance specialist but I really wasn't given details about the position. They gave me some 40 question test and said I qualify on an intermediate level. After I started I didn't care for the job but I kept on even though I had to run into work after parking a half a mile away from the office. My job assignment ended and I wasn't given any information as to why, but they told me that they let go of 30 others. I'm just thinking to myself WOW, that's 30 people that REMX hired on probably under false pretense. Just stay away is all I can say

Lied to about an assignment on two separate instances

The communication with the office manager in the Buckhead office is completely unprofessional. In two separate instances I was told that I would be places on a assignments which fell through the Friday before the upcoming Monday start date. The office manager lied and said that the company places a hold on the assignment and I later found out that she places someone else on the job. When I tried to talk to her by contacting the office , she was ironically always in a meeting. The most insulting part is the decisions for t that office are not being made on experience but sadly based off of race

Jan a family member of Outcomes

Sitting in on a training my first day back through Remx Staffing. Had been laid off 4 wks only to sit in a training class with an insecured trainer who actually is married in the family who owns Outcomes. Around 11am Jan tells my team members and I that she will only go over the customer service part of the job and then she will let us go. While eating my lunch at an atlanta mall, I get a call from Remx Supervisor saying I am no longer needed at Outcomes, my question is why, I was not given an answer. Later I found out that Jan had me fired and told that I stoled a can of coke that I grabbed out of my bag and had purchased it on my way to work. Wow Jan I didnt know you were so insecure with yourself. I was a great asset to my team and did know how to train my team members if needed. Lies and rumors get you no where in the office only to come back and *** you in the butt hole....KARMA knows Jan's name.
